Use of the Service

Wedding Memento is a service for collecting photos and messages at weddings, engagements, and private events. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it. Keep your password confidential and notify us of any unauthorised access.

Content and License

You own the content you upload. To operate the service you grant us a limited license to store, display, and serve that content to the guests you invite.

Prohibited Conduct

• Uploading content that violates copyright or personal rights
• Abusing the service or sending excessive automated requests
• Attempting unauthorised access to other accounts
• Sharing unlawful, harassing, or harmful content

Billing and Refunds

Paid plans renew automatically. Customers who cancel within the first 14 days receive an unconditional refund. Detailed terms are shown on the billing page.

Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms. You may also delete your account yourself at any time.
